Please fully understand your financial involvement in your Counseling experience is also part of your Healing. We believe that your total care not only involves your time, but a sense of control and maturity in financial matters. Often, where there is no financial investment it produces little or no change.

Once you underwrite your own Counseling, your life takes on a different perspective. Sessions become more important and relevant!
You are expected to have a financial involvement in your Counseling, however no one will be turned away solely for financial reasons. You are expected to address your financial obligations at the beginning of each session.
If you subscribe to Christian Counseling you, your church or organization might consider underwriting a scholarship for indigent people who have little or no resources.
FEE SCHEDULE INSURANCE vs. SELF PAY Why chose self pay over involving your insurance policy? Most people aren’t aware that insurance companies require that you be diagnosed for payment. Certain diagnosis can cause rate increases in areas like, homeowners insurance and life insurance. Also, depending upon your diagnosis future employment can be jeopardized through denial of a security clearance, etc. All of your medical information is maintained in a national medical database which is accessible by insurance companies and this information is used to determine the rates you pay for insurance as well as approval of applications. A benefit of self pay is primarily the confidentiality and privacy you receive. You and your Counselor will determine the frequency of the sessions (not an insurance company) and together manage all aspects of your care. FaithfulWords Counseling Centre does not bill your insurance provider, but will furnish you with an invoice to assist you in pursuing reimbursement from your insurance company if you so choose. However using our Co-Pay + 15 you are actually paying what you would if billing your insurance. PLUS, You are not limited as to how many visits as with insurance. As a counselee, you have the right to privacy, confidentiality, respect and determination of your treatment.
Extensive Evaluation: $125.00 The evaluation includes a complete BioPsychoSocial workup, A Mental health/Substance Abuse Screening tool to determine your needs, strengths, preferences and goals. The evaluation is most important for determining Success options. The Evaluation involves testing materials to direct you and your Counselor in building a Individual Success Plan. The Evaluation will involve at least two hours of your time.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS: $75.00 Each session consisting of an hour. Sessions are related to the Individualized Success Plan, noted progress and any modifications to the Plan needed throughout counseling.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR THOSE WITH INSURANCE.
Although we do not bill Insurance, we will deduct 80% from the fee,(usually what your insurance pays) add a national average Co-Pay of $25.00,
plus $15.00 to calculate your payment for services.
EXAMPLE OF AN " INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSION" Fee of $75.00: ( minus 80% of the fee your insurance would pay) = $15.00 + Co-Pay of $25.00 = $45.00, add $15.00 = $55.00 for Counseling Sessions.
