MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH
FAITHFULWORDS COUNSELING CENTRE IS EASY 

 We want to help you in your journey and will be honored to
work with you to accomplish your goals. 

Should you desire to make an appointment for an Initial Evaluation or you have a referral, please call 863/688-6161 or 604-7603, Fax 863/688-6118 or e-mail us at help@faithfulwords.org if you prefer and we will contact you and set the session appointment.

Be prepared to invest one and one half to two hours of your time for the Initial Evaluation process. At the conclusion of the Initial Evaluation you will receive an Initial Success Plan to begin the process of recovery.

In the Initial Evaluation Phase we will collect historical and current information to help us create an Individual Success Plan. It is important that all information is accurate.

After the Initial Evaluation individual sessions will be scheduled to accommodate your schedule.

All of the sessions (one hour)  are held in strict confidence and all information remains confidential and can only be revealed by your signed consent.

As we do not bill insurance,we ask that you pay the Initial Evaluation and Sessions  prior to beginning each session. If you prefer we will be glad to furnish you a receipt for you to submit for insurance reimbursement.
